Hello and thank you for posting the first question on this tutorial.
Your question is simple:
Spring tides can be high or low (so both)
but spring tides are stronger then neap tides(spring tides have more strength)

Hi and it is definitely okay that you did not mention your name. I dont really have to know im just hear to help. Of coarse I help in EST as well. In no time your puctuation will be wonderful. Here is a little help with puctuation:
Commas: Commas separate the items in a list.
Sometimes these items are real things.
E.g. I need some pens, pencils, paper and a calculator before I start my class.
I must buy some eggs, milk, sugar and tea.
Sometimes these items are things you do, or places you go.
E.g. Yesterday I went to work, played badminton, went to the pub and then went to bed.
I'm going to spend my holiday walking on the beach, sleeping in the sun and reading my book.
I have only talked about commas if there is anyhting else you would like to know please post it. if not, i hope this will help you. Thanks for posting.
