Welcome back to Mathematics, Science and Technology in 6/7!
A big welcome back to all students to term 2 in MST. We hope you all had a good break and are ready to take up the gift of education every day at the Australian International School.
At the AIS, Middle Years, we encourage learning as an active process, and have designed our mathematics, science and technology programs around the inclusion of interesting, fun and relevant learning experieces that will help you develop a positive outlook towards these disciplines.
The staff are innovative and approachable, and we encourage you to ask questions if you don't understand. You will never look foolish to ask a question. It is foolish to ignore your own ignorance! Many times, other students have the same question in their minds, and not the courage to ask. Perhaps you could use the BLOG on this site to ask for advice from not only teachers, but students as well.
With regards to the staff, we have a number of new and motivated teachers joining the team this term. Firstly Mr Michael will be taking over from Miss Claire with the 6/7A group, Mr James is joining the team with the 6/7B group and Mr Nat is also joining the middle school with the 6/7C group.
